Kind of early (it’s supposed to be on Nov. 1st), but we’re havinmg Fiambre :’) Homemade by my mum and Ade… SO. Good. Fiambre is the traditional meal cooked only on Nov. 1st, for the day of the dead celebration. It’s basically a cold salad with cold meats, ham and other goodies.
